2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the company website and to deliver software we provide:

• Contact inquiries. Name, email address, and the content of your message when you write to us or submit the contact form.
• Technical logs. Internet protocol address, browser type, date and time of the request, and the page requested. These records exist so we can operate, secure, and diagnose the website. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
• Account and billing data (when you purchase or use software from us). Email address, account identifiers, device identifiers needed to provide the product, and records of transactions processed by the payment company you use. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on this website.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. If a future product requires a strictly necessary cookie to keep a session working, we will say so here and limit that cookie to that purpose.

3. How we use information

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerysLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the website. Our total liability for claims arising from the website is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50) or the amount you paid us for the website access in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability for willful misconduct.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify PerysLabs LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The revised Terms apply from that date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how PerysLabs LLC handles refunds and cancellations for software and related services sold by the company. It applies to purchases made directly from PerysLabs LLC. Purchases made through an application store or another platform follow that platform’s rules, which we cannot override.

1. Digital software

Our products, when offered for sale, are digital software and related online services. They are not physical goods and are not shipped.

2. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase. Include the date of the transaction, the amount, and a short description of the problem. We review complete requests in good faith and respond within ten (10) business days.

3. Direct purchases from PerysLabs LLC

If you purchased access or a license directly from us and you have not made substantial use of the software, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the charge. If a defect in our software prevents the product from performing the functions we described, and we cannot provide a reasonable correction in a timely way, you may request a refund of the unused portion of that purchase.

We may decline a refund where the request is submitted after the period above, where the software was used substantially, where the request conflicts with applicable product terms, or where we reasonably believe the request is abusive or fraudulent.

4. Subscriptions and recurring access

If we offer a subscription billed by PerysLabs LLC, you may cancel future renewals at any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not, by itself, reverse a charge already processed, except as section 3 allows. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.

5. Application store purchases

Purchases completed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party store are refunded only under that store’s rules. Contact the store’s support channel for those transactions.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a legitimate problem, contact us first so we can resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery of the unpaid amount plus reasonable costs.
