Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PerysLabs LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit peryslabs.com, email us, or use software we provide. If a particular application shows its own privacy notice, that notice applies to that application.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is PerysLabs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions and privacy requests: [email protected]. We respond within 30 days, or within 45 days for a request from a California resident. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the right person. Where the law allows a longer period, we will tell you before the first period ends.

2. Information we collect

• Messages you send. Name, email address, and the content of the message. The contact form does not save a copy on our servers. It opens a message in your own email program addressed to [email protected]. We receive the message only if you send it.
• Technical logs. Internet protocol address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested. We use these records to operate and protect the website. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
• Theme choice. Light, dark, or automatic theme is stored in local storage on your device. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us.
• Account and billing data (when you purchase or use our software). Email address, account identifiers needed to provide the product, and records of the transaction. Card numbers are handled by the payment company for that purchase. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on this website.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise location, or account passwords) through this website. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

3. How we use information, and the legal basis

• To answer your message. Basis: steps you asked for before any contract, and our legitimate interest in correspondence.
• To keep the website available and to detect abuse. Basis: legitimate interest in security.
• To meet a legal duty, if one applies to a record we actually hold. Basis: legal obligation.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing mail on the strength of a contact message. A browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change this site, because the site does not track you across other companies’ sites.

4. Who processes information for us

These providers process information on our instructions. They may not use it for their own advertising.

• Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, proxy, and page hosting for peryslabs.com, and email routing for [email protected]. Mail sent to that address is delivered to the company mailbox.
• Google LLC — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends your IP address to Google for that request.

We also disclose information if the law requires it, or to defend a legal claim. A payment company, when a purchase is made, processes the card under its own privacy notice. Related documents: Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

5. How long we keep it

• Email inquiries: 24 months after the last message in that thread, unless a legal claim requires a longer hold.
• Technical logs: 90 days.
• Theme choice: on your device until you clear site data.
• Invoices and billing records: seven years after the year of the transaction, or longer if tax law requires it.

6. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox is limited to people who operate the company. We do not store card numbers here. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, ask us to restrict or stop a use that is based on legitimate interest, and ask for a portable copy of information you gave us. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Write to [email protected].

If you are a California resident, you may ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information, and you may use an authorized agent with written permission and proof of identity. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not offer a financial incentive for it. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

8. Children

This website is directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International processing

The company is registered in the United States. Messages and logs are processed in the United States. Cloudflare and Google may also process the technical data described above in the United States.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the PerysLabs LLC website at peryslabs.com. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Sending a message through the contact form requires a confirmation that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The company

The website is operated by PerysLabs LLC, a member-managed Wyoming limited liability company formed on August 31, 2026 (Wyoming filing ID 2026-002069234). Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. That address is the registered agent’s office. Contact: [email protected].

2. What this website is

PerysLabs designs, builds, and publishes its own consumer software for mobile and desktop computers, through application stores and direct distribution. This website describes the company. It does not create customer accounts and it does not take payment. The price, currency, and taxes are shown in the channel where you pay. If that channel shows its own terms, those terms control for that purchase where they conflict with these Terms.

3. Who may use the website

You must be at least 18 years old. You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or stop the website if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated, or if we discontinue a page.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to misrepresent your identity in a way that causes harm.

5. Intellectual property

The website content, trademarks, and our software are owned by PerysLabs LLC or its licensors. You receive only the limited right to view the website in an ordinary browser. For software, you receive the rights stated in the license shown with that software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our software except as that license allows.

6. No professional advice

Content on this website is general information about the company. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice.

7. Other websites

Links, including links that load fonts and links to an application store, take you to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

8. Availability and warranty disclaimer

We aim to keep the website available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerysLabs LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PerysLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the website. Our total liability for claims arising from the website is limited to fifty U.S. dollars (USD 50). This limit does not apply where the law forbids it, including liability for willful misconduct. Software we license is warranted only as stated in the applicable license.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify PerysLabs LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property.

12. Other terms

If a court holds one clause unenforceable, the rest of these Terms stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement for use of this website. You may not assign them. We may assign them to a successor of the company. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The revised Terms apply from that date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes refunds and cancellations for digital software sold by PerysLabs LLC. Our software is not a physical good and is not shipped. The price, currency, and taxes are shown before payment in the channel where you pay. This company website does not take payment itself.

1. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase. Include the date, the amount, the payment method, and a short description of the problem. We answer a complete request within ten (10) business days. If we approve a refund of a direct charge, we send it back to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after that approval.

2. Direct purchases

If you paid PerysLabs LLC directly and you have not made substantial use of the software, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the charge. “Substantial use” means you used paid features after the software started, beyond opening it once to see that it starts. One launch to check that it opens is not substantial use.

If a defect prevents the software from doing what we described at the time of sale, and we cannot correct it in a reasonable time, you may request a refund of the unused portion.

We may decline a refund when the request is late, when there has been substantial use, when the request contradicts terms that were shown before payment, or when we reasonably believe the request is abusive or fraudulent.

3. Consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom

If a consumer-protection law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase, that right applies. If the law allows the right to end once supply of the digital content has begun, we ask for your express acknowledgment of that, and your request that we start supply, before we start.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel future renewals of a subscription billed by PerysLabs LLC by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal. It does not, by itself, reverse a charge already taken, except as section 2 or section 3 requires. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.

5. Application stores

A purchase completed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another application store is refunded only under that store’s rules. Contact the store for those transactions.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a legitimate problem with a charge, contact us first. An unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of access and recovery of the unpaid amount plus reasonable costs of the dispute.
